Check-in is ghetto style with bullet proof glass little window. Pakistan/Indian was rude. Room smelled of stale cigarettes even tho it was non smoking. Trashy place in general. stupid clerk required IDs of all occupants. Is that legal? WTG Texas. I thought more of this state for rights and privacy. THE FAMILIES THAT OWN THESE 'FRANCHISE' MOTELS ARE USUALLY WEIRDOS.

This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. I check in for 5 nights. I checked out 1 hour later. Dirty smelly rooms, Not a safe environment. The elevator was so dirty I used the stairs. Also there was no wifi ! because of a maintenance issue hahaha. The whole property is a maintenance issue.

Dirty rooms to many homeless in front hanging out an no shuttle to airport an no breakfast but the internet said there was i would never stay there again the rooms smelled like smoke an the office wouldn't change my room

we arrived and had to go to the side of the building and talk through a bulletproof glass. They would not allow anyone in the lobby. I didn’t know it was that ghetto or crime ridden of a place. Lots of things needed maintenance. The door barely shut, and our room. It was OK clean. Wouldn’t call it. The best clean job I’ve ever seen.

They wouldn't let me check-in until 4am and the ac wasn't working in the room they wouldn't even let me move rooms and when checking in I was charged a extra 25$ just to get my room. Also the room smelled like animals and not very clean
